Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuilderView (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuilderView is a cloud-based construction project management and financial tracking platform. We provide tools for expense tracking, project profitability analysis, cash flow management, inventory management, and related financial reporting.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use BuilderView. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Payment

BuilderView offers paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Payments are currently processed manually. You will receive payment instructions upon sign-up. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial accounts that are not converted will have their data retained for 30 days before deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties outside your organisation

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into BuilderView. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuilderView is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
