We want you to be satisfied with BuilderView. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds for subscription payments processed through our platform.

2. Free Trial

BuilderView offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to explore the platform fully during this time before subscribing.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
  • You have experienced a significant service outage or technical issue that we were unable to resolve
  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate billing)

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the billing date
  • Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date
  • Partial months — we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@getbuilderview.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
